Reporting Threatening Behaviors:

1. Any threats or verbal abuse from anyone on the site, please report to the admin at once.
2. Any threats or verbal abuse from any member met on this site, via phone, email, or messenger conversations must be presented to the admin at once with documentation (proof of harassment - this means saved conversations, or emails. Phone usage is NOT recommended on this site unless proper protocol is taken to ensure safety - We recommend that you get a reference about a person from another before EVER attempting to call them).
3. Any misbehavior to another on this site will result in a public apology for your actions. Refusal to do so will result in termination and a public announcement maybe posted as to your actions and reasons for being banned from this site.
4. Any future attempts to get on the site will be banned and no refund of any donations or verification of age subscriptions.
5. Anyone hiding information about another person threatening or harassing someone on this site will also be banned from this site. Everyone safety is important and if you are allowing someone to threaten another on this site and not reporting you are found to be just as guilty as they are.

Reporting Minors:

If you have knowledge of a minor on the site please report to admin immediately at contact@411bdsm.com . If there is even suspicion you must report and have admin send them a must verification email. Any suspicion will result in a profile being banned until they verify age with a subscription. No one else at this point can verify for them. No acceptations! If you do not report a minor on the site, and it is found out that you knew and didn't report, your profile will be banned for a period of time until the BOD decides for the community safety to keep you on the site or not. This is a trust issue as a reporting adult.

Pictures and use of Galleries:

This is strictly an ADULT website.Do not under ANY circumstances post any pictures of your children or anyone else under 18 years of age for public viewing. Period, no exceptions. You may use stock images on this site however you may not use photos of celebrities, famous people or people in the public eye that may draw attention to this site.

Confidentiality:

All information from this site is to be kept confidential. When posting stories, blogs, forums, classifieds or any other part on this site, you are to respect the privacy of others.This means you MAY only use screen names when addressing someone unless you have permission by them to do so otherwise. Do NOT use a person's real name by any means on this site unless the party uses it themselves! In other words, if a poster signs their name MasterF - then you address them as MasterF - if they sign their posts Frank - then you can address them as Frank. Breach of confidentiality and reported be cause for banning from the site.

Use of Groups and group names:

You may talk about a local, national organization by the group name however do NOT discuss private activities that took place and associate the two. If you want to talk about an activity that happened while in a group setting, you may do so but without association of the group name or names of the people involved without their permission.

These are generally BDSM group guidelines for all private groups and must be respected on this site.

Advertising:

This is your community and your area for BDSM materials as well as professional web sites and services you have that you want to advertise on this site. However terms and conditions are that if you wish to offer services asking for money from this site,you MUST have a GOLD subscription to the site in order to do so! For the rights of others asking money for whatever services straight off the site, you must be a paid subscriber or your ad will be deleted, services or profile banned from the site until you subscribe. We suggest that you use your outer resource links to signatures after posting in blogs, forums, bulletins and of course in your profile. Participation is encouraged on this site so you can advertise all you want while participating on the site.

Subscriptions or Donations:

Right now subscriptions not only verify age but open content otherwise closed off to members only!  We encourage you to get a one time payment subscription to the site to verify age, keep costs of server applications, licenses and other up keep of the site as a community. Right now the subscriptions are a one time payment, however starting June 1st 2009 a monthly option will be available. There are no refunds on donations or subscription payments for any reason.

Volunteering:

This is a community website, meaning you are participating in a community effort with others. If you have services or wish to volunteer and help with the site, please contact admin atcontact@411bdsm.com  and ask how you can help.

Your responsibilities:

Keep a valid email address current in your profile. If you have an invalid email address in your profile settings that causes your email notifications to bounce back to the mail server, your account will automatically be deleted regardless of status on the site.

Manage your account settings to receive email notices or not by going to My Account > Edit Profile > Account settings. Do not ask the administrator to do this, this is your responsibility.

If you decide you need to change your account to a new one for any reason, and you are a subscribed member, you need to notify the administrator of the site of the change BEFORE doing so, so they can upgrade your new account. If you do not do this, then you will have to subscribe again if you want to upgrade your status. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Update your profile. There are default answers to the questions in your profile when you sign up. These are purposely set up this way and will look like confusion on your profile unless you change them. you can do this by going to My Account > Edit Profile > Profile settings.

Delete Your Account. You have the right and responsibility to delete your own account at any time.Do NOT ask admin to do this for you. Because of privacy laws, we will NOT accept an email saying delete my account. We can not verify this is actually YOU asking of this so we ask that you be responsible and do this yourself if you want your account deleted. To delete your account You sign in, go to My Account > Edit Profile> Account settings > Cancel Account Link.

If your account has not been verified within 5 days of signing up on the site, your account will be deleted. This means you can send for a new verification email or check your spam box or bulk email for a verification letter to sign into the site.

Your behavior on the site must be in an appropriate adult level and respecting of others. If you or know of someone who is not acting in an appropriate manner, discipline actions will be taken by, but not limited to or in any order: Written action, BOD action, public apology, public action, banning for a certain amount of time, banning permanently, reporting to authorities, reporting to other parties involved such as groups or other web sites. The BOD members are the ONLY ones responsible for this action. Anyone else taking this action on the site will be subject to disciplinary actions themselves.

Others:

411BDSM is copy written and can not be used in any way form or fashion without permission from the admin of the site. This means in any 411BDSM name on or off the site as in setting up other accounts, email addresses, user names etc without direct permission from the admin. Any violation of this will be terms for immediate termination and legal prosecution.
411BDSM has the right to refuse anyone access to the site at any membership level.
There are no refunds on any membership level or contributions for any reason.
Creating a profile on 411BDSM means that you agree with the terms and services set forth on this site and subject to change.
